- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage cash transactions and POS operations
- Support daily operations and assist team members as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar café role (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for coffee and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
- English (Required)
