Chief Executive Officer (Ceo)
A diversified, multi-entity organization with regional and international operations is seeking a
Chief Executive Officer
to provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and enterprise-level accountability.
The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and hold full responsibility for business performance, governance, financial results, and risk management across complex, asset-intensive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term strategy aligned with Board objectives
- Lead executive management and ensure strong governance and controls
- Maintain full P&L accountability, cash flow oversight, and capital allocation
- Oversee large-scale operations, contracts, and enterprise risk exposure
- Drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and performance discipline
- Act as the primary executive interface with key stakeholders, regulators, and financial institutions
Profile
- 15+ years of senior executive leadership experience
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-country or multi-entity organizations
- Strong financial, commercial, and risk management expertise
- Decisive leader with high accountability and Board-level presence
Location & Travel
- Head-office based with frequent regional and international travel
