Role Overview

  • A leading international architecture, engineering, and consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and strategic growth across Riyadh and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in the architecture, engineering, infrastructure, or real estate sectors, coupled with an established network of developers, government entities, consultants, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities and build long term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 15 years of experience in Business Development within Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, or Real Estate sectors.
  • Strong and active professional network within Riyadh and the Saudi market.
  • Proven track record of securing new business opportunities and managing key client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In depth understanding of the Saudi market and major industry players.
  • Arabic language skills are preferred.
  • Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
  • Monitor market trends and identify high potential market segments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Leverage and expand an existing professional network within Riyadh and the wider Saudi market.
  • Establish relationships with developers, government authorities, giga project entities, consultants, and private investors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Generate new business through strategic networking and relationship building.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and commercial submissions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close agreements.
