The role is part-time and remote.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily executive decision-making.
- Lead strategic and business planning initiatives.
- Coordinate finance, operations, and sales functions.
- Monitor performance metrics and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure organizational goals align with market needs and long-term growth.
- Collaborate with teams and partners.
- Provide clear leadership and communication.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, innovation, and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and business planning skills, including financial data interpretation and budget management.
- Proficiency in operations management to improve processes and optimize resources.
- Experience in sales, revenue generation, client relationship management, and market development.
- Advanced strategic planning capability to set long-term vision and priorities.
- Proven executive leadership experience is required; recruitment, HR services, or related-sector experience is ideal.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in diverse, cross-cultural environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while meeting objectives and deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field is required.
- An advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
