Role Description
Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the consulting firm in alignment with its mission and market position.
This is a part-time, remote executive role overseeing financial performance, operational efficiency, consulting services, and feasibility studies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance and guide operational efficiency.
- Ensure consulting services and feasibility studies meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Develop and refine business plans and set long-term strategic priorities.
- Supervise key client relationships in debt collection and recovery services.
- Monitor organizational performance and coach senior consultants.
- Approve major projects and initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities in the Saudi market.
- Represent the firm in high-level discussions with partners and stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and promote the firm’s advisory capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and business planning skills, including budget, financial forecast, and investment strategy oversight.
- Proven operations management experience in process optimization, resource allocation, and service delivery.
- Advanced strategic planning capability with a record of setting organizational goals and driving growth.
