About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and business development and execute long-term business strategies.
• Establish corporate goals, performance targets, and key business KPIs.
• Oversee performance, profitability, operational efficiency, and growth.
• Lead strategy execution across operations, finance, sales, HR, and other functions.
• Identify opportunities, markets, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

• Extensive executive leadership, business management, or strategic operations experience.
• A proven record leading organizations, business units, or complex operations.
• Strong strategic, commercial, financial-management, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of business development, growth strategies, governance, risk management, and business controls.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• High integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to lead through complex challenges and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of the UAE business environment is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in senior executive or leadership positions is required.
• Previous CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Executive Director, or similar experience is preferred.
• International or multi-entity experience is highly desirable.
• Transformation, expansion, or strategic growth experience is an advantage.
• An MBA or relevant executive qualification is highly desirable.
