The organization is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for its specialty coffee business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The CEO will provide strategic leadership, drive growth and profitability, and ensure overall organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with group vision and objectives.
- Lead and support the executive team to achieve business goals.
- Oversee daily operations and efficient use of resources.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, government entities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and identify growth and diversification opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage financial performance through budgeting and cost control.
- Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Represent the company at industry events and relevant forums.
- Maintain market and competitive knowledge and address potential challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large corporation or conglomerate.
- Proven success in driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Saudi Arabian market experience is highly desirable.
