Relevant Engineering degree from an accredited university
Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer or Geoscientist in Saskatchewan
12+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience in an industrial environment
Proven leadership, team-building, interpersonal, and communication skills (formal and informal).
Strong technical experience in potash processing or similar industry
Demonstrated strengths in organizational, planning, and resourcing skills
Ability to handle a large and varied workload, prioritizing work tasks with minimal supervision
Strong commitment to safety with knowledge of OH&S, Mine, Environmental and other jurisdictional regulations
Demonstrated experience building and managing business and engineering management systems.
Strong computer skills - able to expertly work in multiple software applications as required.
