Role Overview
Lead the engineering, design, and technical delivery of electrical systems for rail metro projects.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, quality requirements, safety regulations, budget targets, and project schedules.
Engineering Leadership
- Lead and manage the electrical engineering team across all project phases.
- Provide technical direction, guidance, and review of engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and engineering best practices.
Design and Engineering Management
- Oversee the design, review, and approval of electrical system deliverables.
- Coordinate traction power supply, OCS or 3rd rail, SCADA, auxiliary power, lighting, earthing and bonding, and depot electrical systems.
- Optimize designs for safety, reliability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with civil, signaling, telecommunications, rolling stock, and system integration teams.
- Resolve technical issues and interface challenges affecting project delivery.
