- Source and onboard exporters, importers, traders, and SMEs onto the SRC Ecosystem
- Build strategic partnerships with chambers of commerce, trade associations, logistics companies, and corporate partners
- Generate and manage a pipeline of trade finance opportunities and transaction flow
- Expand the platform across key trade corridors globally
- Develop relationships with trade finance funds, family offices, institutional investors, non bank lenders, factoring companies, and liquidity providers
- Source and onboard lenders and investors to finance tokenized trade assets on the platform
- Lead and support fundraising initiatives including private token rounds, public token rounds, strategic investors, and venture capital
- Build and manage investor relationships and fundraising pipelines
- Represent SRC Ecosystem at conferences, investor meetings, and industry events
- Develop partnerships with banks, fintechs, payment providers, custodians, and blockchain ecosystem partners
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, trade finance, banking, fintech, capital markets, or investment management
- Strong network of exporters, importers, SMEs, lenders, family offices, institutional investors, and venture funds
- Proven track record in originating trade finance opportunities and raising capital
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, digital assets, or tokenization is highly preferred
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast paced startup environment

About SRC Ecosystem
- SRC Ecosystem is an AI and blockchain powered trade finance and tokenization platform transforming global trade by connecting exporters, importers, SMEs, and liquidity providers through tokenized real world assets (RWAs).
- We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly connected Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to lead our commercial growth, originate trade finance opportunities, build strategic partnerships, source capital providers, and support fundraising initiatives for the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard exporters, importers, traders, and SMEs onto the SRC Ecosystem.
- Build strategic partnerships with chambers of commerce, trade associations, logistics companies, and corporate partners.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of trade finance opportunities and transaction flow.
- Expand the platform across key trade corridors globally.
- Develop relationships with trade finance funds, family offices, institutional investors, non bank lenders, factoring companies, and liquidity providers (LPs).
- Source and onboard lenders and investors to finance tokenized trade assets on the platform.
- Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including private token rounds, public token rounds, strategic investors, venture capital and crypto investment funds.
- Build and manage investor relationships and fundraising pipelines.
- Represent SRC Ecosystem at conferences, investor meetings, and industry events.
- Develop partnerships with banks, fintechs, payment providers, custodians, and blockchain ecosystem partners.
- Identify opportunities that drive revenue growth, user acquisition, and market expansion.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, trade finance, banking, fintech, capital markets, or investment management.
- Strong network of exporters, importers, SMEs, lenders, family offices, institutional investors, and venture funds.
- Proven track record in originating trade finance opportunities and raising capital.
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, digital assets, or tokenization is highly preferred.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast paced startup environment.
Preferred Experience
- Trade finance, receivables finance, supply chain finance, factoring, or structured finance.
- Capital raising from institutional investors, family offices, VCs, and crypto funds.
- Experience building strategic partnerships in global trade and financial services.
- Understanding of blockchain, tokenization, stablecoins, and digital asset infrastructure.
