Chief Baker role based at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort By Anantara.
The role focuses on creative pastry and dessert production, chef development, food cost awareness, special-event showpieces, and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Create original pastries and desserts inspired by leading work worldwide.
- Identify and train high-potential pastry chefs.
- Redeploy pastry chefs who lack passion for the work.
- Manage food cost while pursuing new and original products.
- Prepare showpieces for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and buffets.
- Support Anantara new openings and task-force missions as a Food Ambassador.
- Participate in competitions for originality, creativity, and product quality.
- Oversee adherence to health and safety standards.
