Position Summary
Assurance of laboratory compliance in line to internal standards and procedures in laboratory, other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager. Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. To perform sampling & analysis of finished products. Monitor and record day to day activities as per GDP Guideline .Filing and documentation of reports as per standard . Audit readiness-Keep documents online.
Responsibilities will include:
- Raise laboratory Change control, incidents, deviations and LI wherever applicable.
- Review of Instrument qualification and scheduled calibration planner.
- Ensure proper laboratory analysis as per MOA and current product specification.
- Ensure that the data generated is accurate, scientifically valid and compliant to the procedures and maintain the lab work as per Current Good Manufacturing Practice standards (cGMP) standards & NABL.
- To conduct sampling test as per Test Intimation sheet, fill up the sheet and attach supporting documents of testing and instrument report after completion of QC testing.
- Ensuring compliances to EHS policies, cGMP policies, data integrity policies and IT policies as per requirements
- To extract sample and pack the same for third party QC testing, send the sample along with specifications to the third party testing lab.
- Carry out sample analysis as per MOA.
- Operation and calibration of HPLC, GC- GC-HS, FTIR, UV, AAS, KF, AUTO TITRATOR, BALANCE and its trouble shooting.
- To maintain all record viz, consumption, Column, humidity, all instrument logbooks.
- Testing of all raw material sample, stability samples and finished product samples.
- Responsible for Wet analysis, Instrument analysis & Purified Water analysis and NABL accreditation certificate
Required Experience & Knowledge
Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry
Experience: 3 to 5 years
