  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of plating processes and solutions to meet project goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and process optimization initiatives. • Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve chemical manufacturing procedures and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

  • YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering • 2+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related technical roles • 2+ years working with chemical engineering principles, process design, and optimization techniques, especially as they relate to plating processes • 2+ years working with safety standards and regulatory compliance in chemical manufacturing environments, especially as they relate to plating processes

  • Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and product development • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project execution • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
  • The annual base salary range for this position is $93,400 - $117,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
