Pay
- Pay is £10.85 to £12.71 per hour plus tips.
- Tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
About the Role
Morello Lounge is hiring a Chef for its busy, friendly, and supportive kitchen team.
The Chef will deliver the flexible all-day menu consistently while maintaining kitchen standards.
What You Will Do
- Cook fresh food to specification, including tapas dishes and all-day breakfasts.
- Support the Head Chef with preparation, service, and standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepared.
- Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
- Work as one team with front of house to deliver a great experience.
What You Will Bring
- Passion for real cooking and quality food.
- Reliability, punctuality, energy, pace, and a positive attitude.
- Teamwork, good communication, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef, or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
Contract and Schedule
- The role is an hourly paid flexible contract suitable for part-time, full-time, or flexible work seekers.
- The role is likely to include evening and weekend work.
