Previous experience in a Chef, Cook or similar catering role

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is essential

Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards

A passion for preparing quality food and delivering excellent customer service

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

A proactive, reliable and positive approach with a genuine pride in maintaining high standards
