Chef

We're looking for an experienced Chef who's passionate about food, customers and supervising teams to join us here at Claremont Landscape Garden.We offer a great work/life balance with daytime-only hours in a great working environment. You will be preparing tasty treats using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment.

You’ll be supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with running the kitchen. You will guide and support one Chef and one kitchen apprentice, in this role. Using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll be preparing tasty soups, broths and salads, as well as baking. As an experienced Chef, you’ll be passionate about food and be driven to exceed customer’s expectations by delighting them with the delicious food you create, prepare and serve.

Great verbal and written communication skills & I.T literate

A great team player and customer focused

Qualified in food preparation and cooking to City & Guilds or NVQ L2 or equivalent

Aware of good working knowledge of Health & Safety compliance requirements
