Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver professional courses, workshops, masterclasses, and certification programs across bakery, pastry, bread, chocolate, and ice cream categories
- Deliver practical and theoretical training aligned with academy objectives and industry standards
- Facilitate hands on learning experiences and adapt teaching methods to different learner levels
- Demonstrate techniques while maintaining high standards of execution, professionalism, and classroom management
- Develop and continuously improve training materials, lesson plans, assessments, and educational resources
- Design and enhance programs aligned with industry trends, innovation, and market needs
- Assess learner progress, provide feedback, coaching, and support development opportunities
- Ensure training kitchens, classrooms, equipment, ingredients, and resources are maintained and prepared for sessions
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance training quality
- Build relationships with industry professionals and represent the academy in events, competitions, and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and academy standards
- Support academy growth initiatives, learner experience enhancement, recruitment activities, and customized corporate training programs

Position Overview
- Based at ABA Academy UAE, we are currently seeking a Chef Educator. The Chef Educator will deliver high quality culinary education and practical training across bakery, pastry, bread, chocolate, and ice cream disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver professional courses, workshops, masterclasses, and certification programs across bakery, pastry, bread, chocolate, and ice cream categories.
