Role Overview

  • In a hypergrowth phase, we are structuring our Sales department for the long term.
  • The Revenue Leader we are recruiting is not a classic field manager: it is the architect of our growth, capable of transforming a strategic vision into a commercial war machine.
  • Your objective is clear: take the lead of the Sales department, structure commercial performance from A to Z, and make Entrepreneurs.com the most efficient revenue machine in the French speaking world, while being the guarantor of client quality and retention.

Your 9 Key Responsibilities

  • End to End Management: Define revenue objectives per team, campaign, and quarter; track KPIs in real time via data dashboards.
  • Leadership & Management: Supervise and develop Team Leaders; lead weekly performance rituals.
  • SDR Strategy: Oversee the SDR team, optimize setting rates, and maximize qualified meeting volume.
  • Strategic Sparring Partner: Contribute actively to CODIR decisions (offers, pricing, launch sequences) with a pure revenue perspective.
  • Quality & Retention: Monitor churn rates and ensure the sold promise aligns with deliverables.
  • Launch Operations: Lead sales organization during major events (webinars, challenges, immersions).
  • Process & Documentation: Implement clear, reproducible processes independent of individuals to de singularize the Sales function.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Define profiles, conduct technical interviews, and build onboarding paths for future talents.
  • Forecasting: Produce reliable revenue forecasts and be the guarantor of revenue predictability for the CEO.

The Ideal Profile

  • Direct Sales: 5+ years in direct sales / telemarketing B2C or high end B2B.
  • Management: 3+ years of sales team management (min. 5 people).
  • Sector Expertise: Experience in digital or entrepreneurial support strongly appreciated.
  • Volume: Confirmed experience in high volume revenue structures (>5M€/year).
  • Language: Perfect mastery of French (Native or C2). This is the only working language.
  • Hard Skills & Qualities: Expert mastery of CRM; ability to manage multi location remote teams; hands on mindset combined with macro strategic vision; obsession with data.

Logistics & Compensation

  • Location: Position based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Contract: Permanent Full time.
  • Compensation: High level package variable according to profile.
  • Availability: As soon as possible.
