Role overview

Quality and order oversight

• Review order-processing work for accuracy and completeness.
• Review shipment statuses, routing, inventory, and invoicing discrepancies in daily order files.
• Monitor email responses and required carrier data submissions.
• Review warehouse pick-slip reports, delivery appointments, small parcel shipments, and chargeback deadlines.
• Update standard operating procedures and training documents.

Collaboration and meetings

• Partner with sales, supply planning, commercial planning, distribution center operations, and EDI or IT teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for daily order management issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Prepare and lead weekly stand-up meetings and document action owners and due dates.
