Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Online Customer Service role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Online Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information about products, orders, and services. Responsibilities include
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on timely, accurate responses.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, concise written communication for email and chat interactions.
- Proficiency in using online customer service tools, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or B2B environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the GCC are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
