Lead and guide Account Development Executives who onboard and manage local retail partners in Amazon's Hub Delivery program.

Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Account Development Executives executing the Hub Delivery model.
- Coach the team in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Foster accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
- Monitor KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
- Identify systemic territory issues and implement corrective action plans.
- Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve delivery-quality issues.
- Provide field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.
Requirements
- Speak, write, and read English fluently.
- Bachelor's degree.
