Role Overview
The Channel Program Coordinator supports Fortra's growing channel business in the Middle East.
The role coordinates channel programs, partner onboarding, operational support, and regional sales activities.
What You'll Do
- Support the Middle East channel sales team with daily program coordination.
- Assist partners with onboarding, deal registration, training access, and partner portal access.
- Coordinate regional partner on-site training with the Channel Account Manager.
- Meet key regional partners periodically to assess progress and provide support.
- Support partner account mapping and maintain accurate CRM and partner portal records.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams on responses and program compliance.
- Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and provide service that improves partner engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
- The role requires 1–2 years of channel sales or channel program coordination experience in cybersecurity or technology.
- Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, communication, and independent working skills are required.
- English communication proficiency is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is preferred.
