- Business Transformation expertise to design and implement change strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Management Consulting and Consulting experience to advise clients, structure projects, and deliver high quality solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and produce clear written materials
- Relevant experience in change management, organizational development, or strategy projects is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced certifications in change management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong stakeholder management, problem solving, and presentation skills, with familiarity with standard consulting tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Excel)

Role Description
- This is a part time hybrid role for a Change Management Consultant based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The consultant will assess organizational readiness for change, analyze current processes, and identify potential risks and impacts.
- Day to day responsibilities include developing change strategies and plans, supporting communication and stakeholder engagement, and coordinating training and adoption activities.
- The role involves facilitating workshops and meetings, preparing clear documentation and presentations, and advising leaders on change governance and best practices.
