Role Description

  • This is a part time hybrid role for a Change Management Consultant based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
  • The consultant will assess organizational readiness for change, analyze current processes, and identify potential risks and impacts.
  • Day to day responsibilities include developing change strategies and plans, supporting communication and stakeholder engagement, and coordinating training and adoption activities.
  • The role involves facilitating workshops and meetings, preparing clear documentation and presentations, and advising leaders on change governance and best practices.
  • The consultant will work closely with internal and client teams to track progress, measure outcomes, and adjust plans to ensure successful business transformation.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of change initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess Business Transformation expertise to design and implement change strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting experience to advise clients, structure projects, and deliver high quality solutions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and produce clear written materials.
  • Relevant experience in change management, organizational development, or strategy projects is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced certifications in change management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem solving, and presentation skills, with familiarity with standard consulting tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Excel).
