WORK ILLUSTRATION

  • Reporting to the Manager, Culture & Change, the Change Leadership Consultant provides strategic consulting, change management, leadership enablement, and leadership development support across the organization.
  • Partners with leaders to support successful implementation of initiatives, provide coaching and guidance, enhance leadership effectiveness, and build leader readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts change management needs analysis for new initiatives.
  • Provides change management consulting and support for organizational initiatives.
  • Partners with leaders to assess impacts, identify risks, and develop strategies.
  • Designs, coordinates, and executes leadership development and enablement initiatives.
  • Plans and manages leadership forums, summits, update meetings.
  • Develops briefing materials, presentations, discussion guides.
  • Develops and implements engagement strategies for strategic and IT initiatives.
  • Monitors program effectiveness and provides recommendations.
  • Contributes to development of change management and leadership development practices.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's/Undergraduate degree in Business, HR, or related discipline.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, performance management and program management.
  • CHRP/CHRL considered an asset.
  • Master's Degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience designing and executing leadership programs and forums.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Additional Information

  • Hybrid environment: remote work two days per week, onsite Tuesday to Thursday.
  • Expected to live in Ontario within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
  • Salary range: CAD 100,943 CAD 126,179 annually.
