If you are committed to promoting resident safety, restoring quality of life, and fostering a culture of compassion and collaboration—this is the opportunity for you! As a Certified Therapy Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of restorative therapy programs under the direction of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist. You will: Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each resident’s needs and care plan. Contribute to safe, supportive, and respectful environments for residents, families, and staff. Promote teamwork, communication, and inclusivity across all care settings. Understand and practice within your scope, ensuring safe and ethical care. Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes or concerns to supervising therapists. Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and resident safety.

Who We're Looking For: Graduation from a recognized Certified Therapy Assistant program (PTA/OTA).
