Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the CEO s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and arranging domestic and international travel.
- Handle a variety of special projects, such as preparing high quality PowerPoint presentations, drafting special reports, and compiling briefing and agenda materials for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate protocol and hospitality activities for events, meetings, and visits.
- Plan, organize, and prepare detailed travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, documentation, and logistical support.
- Perform additional administrative and office management tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the executive office.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Spanish or Arabic is an advantage)
- At least 2 years of experience performing similar duties.
- Proven experience in protocol and hospitality.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset.
