Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the CEO s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and arranging domestic and international travel.
  • Handle a variety of special projects, such as preparing high quality PowerPoint presentations, drafting special reports, and compiling briefing and agenda materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate protocol and hospitality activities for events, meetings, and visits.
  • Plan, organize, and prepare detailed travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, documentation, and logistical support.
  • Perform additional administrative and office management tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the executive office.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is mandatory (Spanish or Arabic is an advantage)
  • At least 2 years of experience performing similar duties.
  • Proven experience in protocol and hospitality.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset.
