What You’ll Do:
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, common areas, breezeways, sidewalks, and shared spaces.
Collect and properly dispose of trash and debris throughout the community.
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of amenities, including pool areas, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other common areas.
Perform routine cleaning and light property upkeep as assigned.
Help keep vacant units, storage areas, and other designated spaces clean and presentable.
Assist the maintenance and property teams with general grounds and community upkeep.
Report safety hazards, property damage, maintenance concerns, or other issues to the appropriate team member.
Assist with community clean-up projects and other seasonal property needs.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide friendly and professional service to residents, guests, and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the community and property team.
What You Bring:
Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, groundskeeping, maintenance, or a similar role preferred.
Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean and attractive surroundings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, lift, carry, push, and pull as needed to perform essential job duties.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required based on community needs.
Ability to travel between locations when assigned; eligible business mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
Position Details:
Employment Type: Part-Time, Temporary/Seasonal Compensation: Hourly + eligible mileage reimbursement Benefits: Not eligible for company benefits Schedule: Part-time; hours may vary based on community and seasonal needs.
