- Manage reservations across the group's portfolio of restaurants via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries
- Accurately process, modify, and confirm reservations
- Maintain up to date reservation records and guest preferences
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and efficient table management
- Handle special requests and provide guests with accurate information regarding venues, operating hours, and policies
- Maximize booking opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Ensure all reservation systems are updated accurately and consistently
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to reservations when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional foreign language advantageous
- Strong telephone etiquette and professional, guest focused approach
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using reservation platforms (SevenRooms) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Currently based in Dubai and hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa)

Key Responsibilities
