Role overview
Support and enhance a portfolio of business applications through day-to-day service delivery, partner coordination, and solution improvements.

Minimum requirements
- Three to five years of experience supporting business applications, service management, technical business analysis, or IT delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
- University degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a related discipline; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, document processes, and develop practical solutions for business operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with business partners, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience coordinating support activities, managing competing priorities, and working across multiple applications or technology portfolios.
