About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical assessments including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies
- Manage healthcare of patients with chronic conditions through monitoring, medication management, and lifestyle counseling
- Promote prevention and screening for at risk individuals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
- Educate patients on disease management and healthy lifestyle
- Monitor and follow up patient groups, assess treatment response, and adjust care plans
- Support business development and promotion of patient volume across COE
- Participate in continuous medical education
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage

Job Summary
- Delivering comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages across a wide range of medical conditions.
- Promoting Prevention and Screening, improving Disease Control & Medication Adherence, preventing complications, fostering collaborative care, enhancing patient education, and improving satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough medical assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures
- Managing the Healthcare of patients with chronic medical conditions through ongoing monitoring, medication management, and lifestyle counseling
- Promotes Prevention and Screening for individuals at risk
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation in medical records
- Acting as the immediate point of contact for patients & navigator of care
- Educating patients about disease management, healthy habits, and medication adherence
- Regularly monitoring and following up patient groups, assessing response to treatment, and adjusting care plans
- Responsible for SPOs Touchpoints achievement & Healthcare Outcome measures in COE group
- New COE Program development in every department with documentation in manuals
- Support Business Development & promotion of patient volume across all COE
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Education Degree: Doctor of Medicine
