Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Center Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Tadbeer Center.
  • The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, exceptional customer service, and achievement of business targets while leading a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the Tadbeer Center, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, MOHRE regulations, and Tadbeer standards.
  • Lead and supervise recruitment, customer service, visa processing, sales, and administrative teams.
  • Monitor daily center performance and ensure KPIs and business objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee domestic worker recruitment, onboarding, deployment, visa processing, cancellations, renewals, and sponsorship transfers.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, recruitment agencies, embassies, and external partners.
  • Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, attendance, and employee performance.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and quality standards.
  • Support business development initiatives to increase center revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, within a Tadbeer Center or domestic worker recruitment industry in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of MOHRE regulations, UAE labor laws, visa processes, and domestic worker services.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing a Tadbeer Center.
  • Established relationships with overseas recruitment agencies.
  • Experience in operations management, customer service, and business development.
