- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management

- Oversee payroll processing and manage expense related activities
- Develop and maintain financial controls and policies
- Manage vendor and client relationships including invoicing and collections
- Lead daily activities of the accounting team
Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 4 5 years of internal/external auditing experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and Tadbeer guidelines
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced senior accountant with specific expertise in Tadbeer operations to oversee and manage financial activities for our Tadbeer service center.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Tadbeer business objectives.
- Conduct regular analysis to ensure profitability and growth.
- Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets and manage cash flow.
- Ensure all financial transactions and operations are compliant with Tadbeer guidelines and UAE labor laws.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Tadbeer rules and regulatory changes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of all audits.
- Oversee payroll processing and manage other expense related activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and policies.
- Manage relationships with vendors and clients, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
- Lead and oversee the daily activities of the accounting team.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and Tadbeer guidelines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proven ability to provide sound financial advice and guidance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CMA/ACCA certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 5 years of internal/external auditing.
- Experience: Accounting software like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Soho, QuickBooks, etc.
