Candidate Profile
- Candidates should have exposure to structured, high-standard kitchen environments such as Michelin-level operations.
- Fine-dining experience of 3 years is required.
- Candidates with fine dining, a la carte, or chef-driven concept experience are welcome to apply.
Pastry Commis Chef
- Support the pastry and dessert program through daily preparation and production.
- Develop fundamental pastry skills while maintaining precision, hygiene, consistency, and operational control.
- Create or support refined and technically precise pastry and dessert products aligned with fine-dining standards.
Chef de Partie - Sushi
- Manage a specific sushi kitchen section with ownership of preparation, cooking, presentation, and service execution.
- Maintain consistency, discipline, and high standards during service.
