Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or CCTV/ELV/Security Systems industry
- Good understanding of IP Cameras, Analog Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, Access Control, Video Intercom, and CCTV accessories
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory

Job Summary
- Energy Wave Smart Solutions is seeking a highly organized and customer focused CCTV Sales Coordinator to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Coordination: Handle all incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers until order confirmation and maintain regular communication.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and technical details.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
- Site Survey & Project Coordination: Schedule site surveys and meetings with technical team.
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress and keep customers informed.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales activities.
- Update CRM systems and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or CCTV/ELV/Security Systems industry.
- Good understanding of IP Cameras, Analog Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, Access Control, Video Intercom, and CCTV accessories.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
