Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the technical team
- Prepare and follow up on quotations until customer confirmation
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain daily updates on leads, quotations, and customer follow ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Keep customer records and sales documentation updated
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Minimum Qualification)
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, CCTV, or Security Systems
- Good knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & Analog Cameras, DVR/NVR Systems, CCTV Accessories)
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory

Overview
- Energy Wave Smart Solutions is looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Lead Coordinator to join our CCTV Sales team.
- The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, coordinate with technical teams, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the technical team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations until customer confirmation.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily updates on leads, quotations, and customer follow ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Keep customer records and sales documentation updated.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
