Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, command center operations, or security systems.
- Hands-on experience with Video Management Systems and incident reporting procedures.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and MOI SSD compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Preferred Certifications
- Certification in Milestone or a similar VMS platform is an advantage.
- Certification in Ipsotek or an equivalent video analytics platform is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems and support command center operations.
- Use Video Management Systems to monitor security activity.
- Prepare and follow incident reporting procedures.
