Comfort IT Solutions is seeking an experienced CCTV Maintenance Engineer / Team Lead.
The role focuses on supervising CCTV maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with Qatar MOI SSD requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the CCTV maintenance team.
- Plan and assign preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs, storage, switches, cabling, and network-related issues.
- Attend critical service calls and resolve faults within the required response time.
- Ensure CCTV systems comply with Qatar MOI SSD requirements.
- Prepare for MOI inspections and handle rectification works and compliance issues.
- Monitor technician performance and ensure quality of work.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth maintenance operations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of CCTV maintenance experience.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a technical team.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar MOI SSD standards, inspections, and approval requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge of CCTV, IP networking, PoE switches, NVRs, and storage.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Qatar driving license is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,500-5,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
