- Manage the full commercial cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and account retention.
- Build and manage a portfolio of high value accounts including corporate clients, luxury hospitality groups, event agencies, wedding planners, government entities, and VIP private clients.
- Lead the development of bespoke catering proposals and event concepts tailored to client requirements.
- Develop and own pricing strategies and commercial terms for catering proposals.
- Act as the primary commercial lead for all catering operations, coordinating across culinary, operations, logistics, procurement, marketing, and finance teams.
- Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities, emerging catering segments, and premium event opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality sales, catering sales, premium food & beverage, or high end event sales
- UAE market experience with established network across corporate, luxury hospitality, government, and premium events sectors
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Fluency in English

Job Purpose
- The Catering Sales Manager is a senior commercial role responsible for owning, driving, and growing company’s catering revenue across the UAE.
- The role carries full commercial accountability for the catering sales channel from strategy and business development through to client management, proposal ownership, and revenue delivery.
- Operating as a key contributor within the B2B Sales division, the role leads the development of company’s catering business across corporate clients, luxury hospitality groups, government entities, VIP and private clients, event agencies, and premium event organizers.
- The Catering Sales Manager is expected to independently drive the full sales cycle from market prospecting and client acquisition through proposal development, commercial negotiation, contract closing, and post event account growth.
- Beyond transactional selling, the role is expected to shape the catering commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities, build a high value client portfolio, and position the company as the premium catering partner of choice across the UAE market.
Key Accountabilities
- Own and deliver the catering revenue target for UAE, with accountability for monthly and annual sales performance.
- Develop and execute the catering business development strategy in alignment with the overall B2B commercial plan.
- Identify, prioritize, and convert high value catering opportunities across corporate, luxury hospitality, government, and premium private event segments.
- Manage the full commercial cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and account retention.
- Establish and manage a structured pipeline with clear revenue forecasting and business update reporting to the Head of Sales.
- Build and manage a portfolio of high value accounts including corporate clients, luxury hospitality groups, event agencies, wedding planners, government entities, and VIP private clients.
- Develop long term strategic partnerships that position the company as the preferred premium catering partner across the UAE market.
- Conduct senior level client meetings, presentations, and tastings independently, delivering a luxury standard client experience at every touchpoint.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling, relationship deepening, and consistent premium service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and high profile occasions to expand the brand's catering reach and commercial network.
- Lead the development of bespoke catering proposals and event concepts tailored to client requirements, going beyond standard catalogue offerings.
- Advise clients on catering arrangements, menu strategy, event flow, setup, presentation standards, and guest experience design.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality sales, catering sales, premium food & beverage, or high end event sales with a strong track record of revenue delivery and business development within the UAE.
- Proven commercial ownership experience with demonstrated ability to manage sales targets, pipelines, and revenue accountability independently.
- UAE market experience is mandatory, with an established network across corporate, luxury hospitality, government, and premium events sectors.
- Background from 5 star hotels, luxury catering companies, luxury hospitality groups, premium event companies, or high end F&B brands is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and close senior level accounts and manage complex, high value commercial relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to divisional planning and go to market strategy.
- Experience working cross functionally with culinary, operations, logistics, and marketing teams at a senior commercial level.
- Mentoring or team development experience is an advantage.
- Excellent proposal writing, consultative selling, and executive presentation skills.
- Highly presentable, commercially driven, and capable of representing the company at the highest levels of client engagement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple high value accounts and events simultaneously.
- Experience managing VIP clients, government accounts, and luxury events is essential.
Qualification and Licenses Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field — required.
- Valid UAE Driving License required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
