Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 2:00pm | 30 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only

Lead and inspire your talented team, creating a strong, supportive culture and high performing environment

Take full ownership of the catering operation, ensuring a smooth, efficient service

Drive standards across food quality, presentation and customer experience, making lunchtimes the highlight of the school day

Manage stock, ordering and budgets effectively to keep the catering operation running efficiently and sustainably

Champion food safety, hygiene and compliance, ensuring a safe, organised and well-run environment

Proven experience in a Catering Manager or senior kitchen operation role

Experience within an education setting is advantageous

Excellent organisational and financial management abilities

In-depth knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards

A passion for delivering high-quality food and service

Commercial experience with the ability to manage budgets, stock and overall performance
