Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 40 Hours Per Week
Inspiring, motivating and managing teams across multiple locations (up to 15 sites) to achieve outstanding performance
Managing budgets effectively, identifying opportunities to drive financial growth and maximise profitability
Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders while maintaining clear and effective communication across all sites
Producing management reports and working collaboratively with clients to deliver innovative, customer-focused menu solutions
Ensuring full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety legislation, environmental policies and all relevant legal requirements
Promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing and duty of care for both customers and colleagues
Proven experience managing and developing teams across multiple sites
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
