Job Responsibilities
- Lead all catering and hospitality services, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all catering and hospitality requirements.
- Develop creative catering solutions and tailored hospitality packages to meet client needs.
- Recruit, train, coach, and performance manage catering team members.
- Develop staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels to support daily operations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage catering budgets and deliver agreed financial targets.Monitor labour costs, food costs, stock control, and wastage.
- Produce regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and operational KPIs.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food handling practices throughout all catering facilities.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.Support end-of-month financial processes, including account reconciliation, invoice validation, purchase order tracking, accruals information, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with the Unit General Manager and Finance team to ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Catering Manager, Hospitality Manager, Food Service Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong people management and employee engagement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
