LandSea will be providing workforce catering and accommodation services for guests onboard the MV Isabelle, a 650-passenger “Floatel”. At work, the crew is provided with accommodation, full meals, and WIFI, and can access health/gym facilities when off work. We provide partial uniforms and help with the travel/reservations as needed to and from locations. Excellent Health and Wellness benefits are being offered.
Your position is unionized and falls within the bargaining unit represented by UNITE HERE! Local 40. The terms and conditions of your employment, including wages, hours of work, and working conditions—are governed entirely by the prevailing Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) between Landsea and the Union.
Your base salary will be $22.45/hour . You will also receive overtime pay paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40 hours/week. There will be rotating shifts, and variable start times. You will be entitled to 10 days of paid holiday (or 4% of gross salary). Your compensation strictly complies with the UNITE HERE! Local 40 wage scale for this classification.
