About This Role
The Category Manager, Technology partners with stakeholders to advance business goals and priorities within technology-focused indirect procurement.
The role applies data analysis, leads competitive sourcing and negotiations, manages suppliers, and drives end-to-end project execution.
The role supports annual category strategy and proactively identifies opportunities and risks affecting objectives.
Global Procurement Team
Global Procurement partners with stakeholders and suppliers to create value and mitigate risk in strategic non-product purchases.
The team provides category expertise, market insights, cost savings opportunities, supplier management, and short- and long-term strategies.
Core Responsibilities
- Support category strategies aligned with business and enterprise priorities.
- Contribute market intelligence and value analytics to sourcing strategies and category planning.
- Optimize total cost of ownership across assigned sub-categories.
- Define roadmaps that prioritize categories and sourcing events.
- Build business partnerships to execute sourcing initiatives.
