What You Do
- Define, maintain, and implement standards, governance, and operational processes across Workday Core HCM and ServiceNow HRSD.
- Lead complex initiatives, enhancements, upgrades, and cross-functional delivery across foundational HR platforms.
- Optimize systems to improve efficiency, data integrity, employee experience, and service delivery outcomes.
- Develop the team, prioritize platform work, manage escalations, and drive resolution.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver roadmap priorities and simple, scalable solutions.
