What you’ll do
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that align with customer needs and commercial objectives.
- Develop and execute category plans that provide a clear roadmap for supply partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Drive sales growth and profit improvement by implementing strategic category initiatives that optimise product offerings and merchandising strategies.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline store operations, and reduce costs for Woolworths.
- Continuously evaluate supplier capabilities, proactively seek new partnerships, and cultivate existing relationships to secure long term competitive advantage.
