🌟 About the Role
Our Gumdale team is looking for warm, flexible, and enthusiastic educators to support on a causal basis. This role offers flexibility and the chance to build skills across multiple age groups and environments.
As a Casual Educator with Journey, you’ll support daily routines, build positive relationships, and step in where you’re needed most. Each day brings new learning opportunities, new experiences, and a supportive team to welcome you. Must have flexible hours, and a minimum of 4 days available per week.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Support play‑based learning experiences across all age groups • Assist educators with routines and daily learning environments • Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families • Maintain high standards of health, safety and wellbeing • Be flexible and responsive across our centre
💛 About You
Minimum 4 day availability + sector experience
ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma
Must have completed National Child Safety Training
Reliable, positive, and confident working across different rooms
Passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing
Strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
