- Attend to customer clarifications regarding billing
- Ensure patients with request forms are immediately attended
- Inform patients about estimated cost of investigations before generating bill
- Generate bills as per prescribed tariffs and bill mode
- Ensure due authorizations for credit, free, discounts, refunds, staff, cancelled and pending bills
- Be responsible for any short/excess/non billing
- Obtain patient signatures on refund slips for refunds
- Remit collections with summary and obtain internal receipts
- Maintain proper records
- Ensure no cheques are received without due authorizations from billing Manager
