Overview
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier & Order Coordinator to join our team at a flower shop in Al Ain.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has strong sales skills, and can manage orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in choosing suitable flower arrangements
- Actively suggest products and upsell add-ons (chocolates, balloons, cards, etc.)
- Accurately enter and manage orders in the system (POS / iPad)
- Handle payments (cash, card, Apple Pay) and issue receipts
- Coordinate orders with the florists and ensure all details are clear
- Follow up on order preparation and delivery schedules
- Provide excellent customer service (in-store & WhatsApp)
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Good communication skills (English)
- Basic computer/iPad skills
- Sales-driven mindset and ability to upsell
- Organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure
