- Issue receipts, invoices, and payment acknowledgements
- Maintain daily cash balances and prepare cash reconciliation reports
- Verify and record customer transactions in ERP/POS system
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and internal controls
- Coordinate with Accounts and Finance departments regarding daily collections
- Assist in opening and closing cash registers and preparing end of day reports
- Address customer payment related queries professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier
- Experience in bullion, jewellery, or precious metals industry preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/POS systems
- Good communication skills in English
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism

Job Overview

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier.
- Experience in bullion, jewellery, or precious metals industry preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/POS systems.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience handling high value cash transactions.
- Familiarity with anti money laundering (AML) procedures and compliance requirements.
