Line Cook And Cashier
- Our company is looking for a staff with basic knowledge in Food & Beverage.
- We are looking for the following staff with a minimum at least one-year of experience.
- Who can manage the daily preparation of the food items for a station or a specific area in a kitchen, cooking and preparing all food orders in an efficient, healthful, and attractive manner.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes.
- Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
- Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at the workstation and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery.
- Set up and clean the station according to restaurant protocol.
- Ability to read and follow cooking directions.
- Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
- Must always monitor inventory and report items that need to be reordered.
- Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience cooking in a restaurant and fast-food chains.
- With experience in cooking burgers, pasta, and sandwiches.
- Ability to read and follow cooking directions.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
